Asmita
Born 2nd September 2002, with us since 19th March 2007. She
has cerebral palsy, she can't walk properly. Her mother disappeared,
her father can't take care of her since he has to work during
the day. |

Binita Gautam
Born on 27th June 1999, came with us 10 January 2006. As a baby
she lost her toes due to a burning accident. She can't walk
properly, has difficulties with her balance. Her mother is alone
and can't take care of her. |

Chandra Khola Bujel
Born 6th December 2003, with us since 27th January 2007. Because
of a burning accident she lost her left leg. Her right foot
is deformed, she is using a artificial leg. Her father married
with another woman, leaving her mother alone with Chandra and
one other son. Her mother can't pay for the education and additional
medical costs of Chandra. |

Log Raj Shahi
Born 27th March 2002, with us since 6th July 2007. His face
is also burnt and he lost his left arm. His parents are poor
and can't take care of him. |

Born 18th March 1993, with us since 4th May 2007. His face is
burnt and he lost his right arm. His father died and his mother
can't take care of him. |

Rachita Shrestha
Born 16th April 2003, with us since 12th December 2007. She
has cerebral palsy and has difficulties in walking. Her parents
are also too poor to take care of her. |

Damber Kumari Dorji
Born
2nd December 1996, one the oldest. She already went to school,
but has to walk for further education 4 hours in a day. This
is too difficult for her since she lost one foot and has a deformed
foot due to a fire. |

Roshani Lama
Born 21st February 2000, with us since 11th April 2007. She
has also spina bifida, she can’t walk and is also incontinent.
Her father left, her mother can’t take care of her. |

Sabin Jati
Born op 15th Decmber 1998, with us since 13th Janaury 2006.
He has cerebral palsy, spastic, he can’t walk properly. He often
falls and wears a helmet because of that. His father died, his
mother can’t take care of him anymore. |

Shreejana Bhandari
Born 25th July 2003, with us since 30th December 2007. She lost
her toes due to a burning accident and can’t walk properly.
She lives too far from necessary treatments and education. |

Sita Shrestha
Born 15th June 1997, with us since 2nd January 2008. Since her
birth she has a neck deformity, due to which she has also difficulties
in walking. Her father died and her mother disappeared. |

Prakriti Pyakurel
Born on 29th May 2000, with us since 26th March 2006. She has
spina bifida, due to which the down part of her legs are paralyzed.
She is also incontinent. She is the only child, with a father
working in Kathmandu, her mother works in Swarga. |

Deepa Sulu
Born 2nd December 1996, with us since 13th November 2007. She
has cerebral palsy and can’t walk. Her parents are too poor
to take care of her. |

Sunita Thapa
(8 years): With us since 30th July 2008. Unclear is her diagnosis,
but it looks like a type of cerebral palsy. Her speech sounds
old. Her vision looks impaired. |

Subesh Baruwal (6 years)
With us since 24th July 2008. He has cerebral palsy, is spastic.
Her father is a drug addict and spend many months in rehabilitation
centres. Without succes though, because when he is at home he
doesn’t take care of his family and sometimes beats them. His
mother sometimes has work, sometimes not and has difficulties
in feeding him. He goes to school, but very irregular. Reason
to admit him in Swarga, to give him a chance to finish his study
without too much worries. |

Shova Batti
(19 years): With us since 24th July 2008. Normally she would
be too old for us, but hearing her story made us take her in
Swarga. Till her twelfth she went to school. Then she got sick,
meningitis and tuberculose, after which her legs got paralyzed
and she became incontinent. From that moment she didn’t go to
school and she got in a social isolation. To make her independant,
to learn her how to handle her disability and to give her a
chance on a future, she is with us. |
